Kellie is a registered PE with experience in projects involving streams/river mechanics, retention/detention ponds and spillways, wetlands, open channel flow, and BMPs. Kellie’s skills allow her to apply professional principals, practices, and techniques to research and design water resources projects that aid in restoring our natural environment.
